Customer Care

-We take care of our customers as much as our jewelry! Every piece of jewelry is proudly made in house in our atelier in New York City. If an item is in stock our pieces are ready to ship. Once an item ships, it should arrive within 3-5 business days. Our rings, as mentioned on our ring product pages, are made to order except for our standard available size 7 which can be shipped immediately. Our product lead time for custom ring sizes is up to 2 weeks and varies depending on special orders. 

Repairs/ Re-sizing

-We take care of our jewelry as much as ourselves. Gumuchian’s Quality Control department goes through a meticulous process to ensure there are no loose stones and that each piece of jewelry that is made in our Atelier leaves our shop in perfect condition. We are happy to repair an item purchased on at no extra cost to you within the first 120 days of purchase. If an item has been misused or damaged by the customer post 120 days of purchase, pricing for repairs can start at $50 plus shipping depending on the damage of the piece which would be evaluated by our Quality Control Team.

-If you need to resize your ring purchased on pricing for ring sizes varies depending on the style and typically starts at $50. 

-We cannot accept responsibility for items repaired by other jewelers. Any and all warranty of the piece will be considered void if another jewelry has worked on a Gumuchian design. If your piece purchased on needs to be fixed please email us directly with images to and we will pass this along to our Quality Control team.

Returns/ Exchanges

-We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We do not provide refunds.

-All returns and exchanges require approval. Approved exchanges are accepted for items purchased on only. 

-Store credits may be used towards purchases on Store credits cannot be used towards our “Reimagined Treasures “project.

-To protect our jewelry and your return package, we will issue you a Return Label to make sure each package is insured properly for its value. Items for exchange will be inspected before accepted. 

-All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control (“QC”) by us to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet QC standards, we will refuse the return, and the products will be returned to you. If the returned product satisfies QC, we will proceed with the applicable exchange or store credit.

-Exchanges and credits will be processed for accepted items, excluding return shipping fees. 

-Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them, as well as with the original Gumuchian packaging and delivery package, including all accessories and documents. 

-Due to the variations in size, all rings ordered online are considered special orders and are subject to a 15% restocking fee if an exchange is requested or if you request to cancel a ring that is still in production.

-Orders for products that have been personalized in any way or otherwise made for you with bespoke specifications cannot be cancelled and such products cannot be returned to us for exchange or refund. This includes, without limitation, products that have been engraved , embossed, and custom sizes are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

-Any variation in size, color or customization that is not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is FINAL SALE.
